COMPLETED PROJECT
Complete Roof Replacement, Barnet
A full strip-back and renewal of the roofing system, with the existing concrete tiles carefully reused at the customer’s request.

Project overview
This Barnet property underwent a complete roof renewal. The existing covering was stripped back so the roof structure could be inspected before a new breathable membrane and new treated timber battens were installed.
At the customer’s request, the existing concrete roof tiles were carefully retained and reused where suitable. This preserved the property’s original appearance while renewing the important weatherproofing system beneath the tiles.
